Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Fantasy 5Lab Pro. By using the service, you agree to the commitments, limitations, and responsibilities described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
Eligibility & Responsible Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in the Georgia Fantasy 5 lottery (or any lottery you apply the tool to). Do not use the service in jurisdictions where lottery play or prediction tools are restricted or illegal.
You are solely responsible for the tickets you purchase and the dollar amounts you choose to spend. The product is an analytics workspace— it does not sell lottery tickets and does not promise earnings, jackpots, or improved odds.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to probe or circumvent security, scrape results, or interfere with system availability. Access may be revoked for abuse, fraud, or non-compliance with these terms.
Account, Access, and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, devices, and any authentication tokens. Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may rate-limit or suspend accounts to protect service stability, comply with legal obligations, or investigate abuse, including suspected bot activity or payment fraud.
Access to experimental or invite-only features (including sandbox modes, AI Power Picks, or coverage simulations) may be gated, throttled, or revoked without notice to maintain system integrity.
AI, Models, and Decision Support
AI outputs (including AI Power Picks, pair synergy suggestions, coverage guidance, and simulations) are generated from historical data, heuristics, and large-language-model reasoning. They are probabilistic, may include inaccuracies, and should never be treated as guarantees.
Model prompts and generated outputs may be logged to improve quality and protect against misuse. Do not submit sensitive personal data in prompts; remove unnecessary personal identifiers before using AI features.
Human review is not guaranteed. You accept full responsibility for how you act on AI suggestions, and you must independently verify any numbers or trends before purchasing tickets.
Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by a secure payment processor. By starting a paid plan you authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for recurring subscriptions and applicable taxes or fees.
Where trials or promotional credits are offered, any expiration or usage limits will be disclosed at checkout. Continuing service after a trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before renewal.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Refund policy — no-hassle 14-day guarantee: We offer a 14-day, no-hassle full refund on initial subscription purchases. To request a refund, contact support@fantasy5lab.com within 14 days of the first charge and provide your account email and transaction date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Cancellation and access: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future recurring charges but does not immediately terminate access — you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; to request a refund, follow the procedure described above.
Refund exceptions and misuse: The 14-day guarantee applies only to the initial charge for a subscription and does not apply to promotional credits, trial conversions after the trial period, or repeat abuse of the refund policy. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms. Taxes, third-party processing fees, or currency conversion charges may not be refundable depending on local laws and processor policies.
Billing adjustments and timing: Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment instrument and can take up to 5–10 business days (or longer depending on the card issuer) to appear. Contact support for help if you do not see a refund after that period.
Billing Notifications, Customer Portal & Failed Payments
We use a secure payment processor to handle payments. The processor may send billing-related communications directly to you (including renewal reminders, expiring card notifications, receipts, and failed payment alerts) according to the configuration on the account and your notification preferences.
By subscribing you authorize the payment processor to send such communications and you consent to our receipt of subscription-related events (for example, via payment processor webhooks) to manage your account. We may relay or surface these notices in the app but are not responsible for delivery failures or the specific content of communications issued directly by the processor.
You authorize us and the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any authorized fees. You must keep an up-to-date payment method; failure to do so may result in suspension, limitation, or termination of access after reasonable attempts to collect payment.
The payment processor's retry, dispute, and refund policies apply. We reserve the right to suspend access pending resolution of payment disputes or chargebacks. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
If you elect to use the customer portal provided by the payment processor (or we enable a link to it), you agree that managing payment methods and certain billing preferences through that portal constitutes proper notice and instruction to us regarding your subscription. We are not liable for actions taken by the processor in reliance on portal instructions or for any processor-system errors.
Communications & Marketing
We may send you service-related communications, including account updates, billing notices, security alerts, and product announcements. These are essential for account management and cannot be opted out of.
With your consent, we may send marketing communications about new features, promotions, or related services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' or 'Manage Preferences' in any email, or by contacting support.
All communications will include clear opt-out instructions and comply with applicable anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM.
Service Availability & Changes
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, provider outages, rate limits, or feature changes may occur without notice.
We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers (including our payment provider, Firebase, or AI providers) or by events outside our reasonable control, such as provider outages, network failures, or force majeure events (including acts of nature, government action, pandemics, or similar circumstances).
We may modify, deprecate, or replace features (including AI models, sandbox limits, or export options) to protect performance, comply with regulations, or improve reliability.
If we terminate the service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and, where feasible, allow you to export eligible data before shutdown.
Intellectual Property
The Fantasy 5Lab name, branding, UI designs, and underlying software remain our exclusive property. You receive a non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial lottery analysis.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, white-label, or publicly expose internal APIs or models without written permission. Attribution is required if you share screenshots or analyses publicly.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for any losses arising from lottery participation, reliance on AI outputs, missed draws, incorrect number entry, or service interruptions. This includes losses or damages resulting from billing or notification communications sent by third-party processors. Your sole and exclusive contractual remedy is to stop using the service and, if applicable, request cancellation of future recurring charges.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits and loss of data. Where such exclusions are not enforceable, our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months, or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; to the extent prohibited, those exclusions may not apply, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fantasy 5Lab, its affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
You agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings. Nothing restricts either party’s ability to seek injunctive relief for misuse or intellectual property violations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material updates will be communicated through the app or email when possible. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
